My philosophy is that personal training doesn’t need to be expensive. Therefore pricing amounts differently based on length of program makes no sense to me. One session with me is just as valuable as one hundred and I will do my best to make sure that you get the most out of it. Ongoing programs are your best investment but I can get results for you while also keeping a budget in mind.
Some clients see me once a month, some three times per week. This will of course depend on your goals (which we will discuss), your budget (which we will take into consideration) and how much you will adhere to a program. Often new clients need more guidance and accountability at the beginning and then can taper off once their good habits are in place. Obviously the more you adhere to working consistently towards your goals the better results you are going to achieve – which is the point in the first place.
My sessions are a standard $60 per session plus HST. This is below than what you will see from far less qualified trainers at chain gyms and other private facilities. Plus, I guarantee you will receive a better experience. Focused attention, programming outside of the facility and a specifically designed workout are standard practice.
All payment methods are accepted (cash, debit, cheques, and major credit cards) and monthly payment plans are available. I realize that having a trainer is expensive and sometimes budget needs to be taken into consideration, so feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
